We are seeking an experienced and motivated Civil Site Engineer to lead and grow a site civil practice in the Charleston, SC area. This leadership position requires expertise in project management, business development, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will drive strategic direction, cultivate client relationships, and lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality site development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business development and grow market presence in the Lowcountry region

• Manage financial performance and allocate resources effectively

• Lead and support proposal development and marketing efforts

• Provide technical guidance to project managers and staff

• Oversee hiring, mentorship, and performance management of civil engineering staff

• Coordinate with office and practice leaders to align with strategic goals

• Ensure quality, client satisfaction, and timely project delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• Professional Engineer (PE) License or equivalent

• Minimum 10 years of experience in site civil engineering

• Proven project management and business development experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
