Civil Site Engineer Section Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate strategic growth plans with office managers and practice leaders
  

• Establish and expand market presence in the Charleston area
  

• Lead marketing and business development initiatives
  

• Manage department budgets and allocate resources
  

• Lead proposal production and client presentations
  

• Serve as a technical expert to project managers and technical staff
  

• Identify staffing needs and lead hiring efforts
  

• Conduct performance reviews and mentor team members
  

• Oversee multidisciplinary teams and ensure high-quality project delivery
  

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited program
  

• Active Professional Engineer (PE) License
  

• 10+ years of experience in site civil engineering
  

• Proven experience in project management and business development
  

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
