This leadership role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in business development, staff management, and project delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of the site civil group, cultivating client relationships, pursuing new business opportunities, and ensuring the overall financial success of the practice.

• Interview and hire staff for the section
• Perform performance reviews for staff based on input from project managers
• Provide leadership and continuous performance management for team members

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in civil engineering or a related field from an accredited program
• Professional Engineer License or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience in site civil engineering
• Project management and business development experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
