Civil / Transportation Project Manager

Qualifications/Key Performance Areas:

  Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, related field, required.


• 5-7 years of project management experience in the construction industry.

  Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and manage a team.

  Ability to meet deadlines, with strong attention to detail.

Essential Functions:

  Lead project management teams to successful completion on projects.

  Assume overall responsibility for project profitability.

  Estimate and run work.


• 
  Growth and development of subordinates.

  Participate in strategic planning process.

  Lead and manage day-to-day operations of business unit.


• 
  Responsibility for business unit’s growth and financial success.
