Job Description:

The Claims File Specialist has a working knowledge of Claims department, and is responsible for sorting, and date stamping and scanning claims and mail daily. Locates and removes materials from file when requested. The Claims File Specialist is responsible for all paper documents that are received in the Claims Department. Completes medical records requests within one day of receipt and completes provider documentation scanning in a timely manner.Education:
▪ Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent

▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
▪ Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams.
