Job Description

The Claims Processing Manager is responsible of managing all activities related to the in &out claims processing, auditing and re-pricing in coordination with concerned departments.  He/She also supervises the work of the CP employees and monitors their performance. The CP managers’ ultimate goal is to satisfy the needs of GlobeMed Lebanons’ customers through the best team work. 

Qualifications

Interpersonal- Communication- Leadership- Delegation- Problem Solving- Analytical thinking- Organization- Time management 

Education:

A bachelors degree in management or a related field. A masters degree in business is a plus.

Experience: 

6 years (3 as team supervisor, 3 as team leader)
