We're hiring a Claims Resolution Supervisor for the Hospital Billing Office in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a full-time days position located at Baptist Metro Square.

The Hospital Billing Office is seeking a Claims Resolution Supervisor to support their medium size team. This department handles high call volumes from physicians, attorneys, facilities, as well as patients. 

Shift Details: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Claims Resolution Supervisor Job Responsibilities: 

• Provides direct supervision to the Claims Resolution Specialists and all team members that are dedicated to resolving hospital billing claims.
• Upholds Baptist Health Core Values and leads with integrity.
• Possesses the ability to think critically to support management with revenue cycle improvements and innovations to enhance the resolutions of claims while helping resolve issues as they arise.
• Responsible for evaluating all follow-up, resolution processes and procedures, to ensure they align with our policies, regulations, and expectations.
• Monitor the performance and quality of the claims resolution specialist to ensure all Key Performance Indicators are being met monthly, quarterly, and yearly. Work with their team members to assist them in meeting departmental and professional goals acting as a mentor to facilitate growth.
• Workload assignment, training, providing feedback, tracking payer issues, delegating tasks appropriately, and serving as a resource for the team.
