**Depending on candidate location, this position does have the ability to be hybrid or remote.**
**Essential Functions:**
* Timely entry and submission of jurisdictional reporting for all lines of business along with familiarity of the various jurisdiction requirements as well as Medicare reporting and any related error correction.
* Proficiency in all facets of the CoE through cross-training and reviewing procedures and processes to deliver required level of support to claims technical staff in the most efficient manner.
* Request and obtain relevant documentation as requested by the Claims Adjuster and ensure timely follow up.
* Answer phone calls and deliver exemplary customer service by providing direction and/or answering basic claim questions.
* Work cooperatively with others and correspond with the Home Office and other field offices to achieve shared goals.
* Maintain a sincere commitment to providing the best possible quality in all tasks performed, thus contributing to our reputation as a company known for its quality service.
**EDUCATION:** Associates degree; or equivalent business experience preferred.
**EXPERIENCE:** Minimum of 1-2 years working in claim environment preferred.
