We’re looking for a driven Claims Specialist to join our team and help manage customer claims with professionalism, urgency, and industry knowledge.
What You’ll Do:

Investigate customer claims related to product defects, print quality, packaging, or delivery issues
Work with Production, Quality Assurance, Customer Service, and Sales teams to identify root causes and corrective actions
Facilitate claim resolutions — including credits, replacements, or adjustments — and ensure timely follow-up with customers
Maintain detailed records of all claims, communications, and outcomes
Provide insights on claim trends and recommend process improvements
Support Quality Assurance with returned product evaluations
Stay current on industry trends, materials, and printing/packaging processes

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years’ experience in claims, customer service, or quality in printing, packaging, or manufacturing
Knowledge of flexo, offset, or digital printing processes (preferred)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems (NetSuite a plus)
