Claims Specialist / Entry Level

• Submit Auto, GL, WC Claims to Insurance Carriers
• Investigate and manage claims, including reviewing documentation and data entry
• Collaborate with other departments to process claims efficiently and effectively
• Communicate claims status to upper management
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all claims processed
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 2 year's experience in claims processing
• Knowledge of Viewpoint software a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong communications skills and the ability to work within a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
