Driver Earnings

  • $0.56–$0.64 CPM depending on experience
  • Average weekly income $1,500–$1,600
  • Driver performance bonus program available
  • $15 stop pay when applicable

Route Overview

  • Dry van freight moving throughout Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin
  • 100% no-touch freight
  • Mix of drop and hook freight and live customer deliveries
  • Regional freight network operating within a 500 mile radius of Chicago
  • Established delivery network with consistent freight volumes

Schedule

  • Home every two weeks

Truck & Equipment

  • Late-model Freightliner and Kenworth tractors
  • Automatic and 10-speed transmission options
  • Average tractor age approximately 1.5 years
  • Assigned trucks for drivers

New Driver Training Program

  • Drivers with limited over-the-road experience may qualify for the company training program.
  • Valid Class A CDL required
  • Minimum 120 hours completed at an accredited CDL training school
  • 3–5 week paid training with a company mentor
  • Training covers ELD usage, safety procedures, trip planning, and company policies
  • Advancement to solo driving based on driver performance

Driver Qualifications
