REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 21 years of age
  
• Must have a minimum of 1 Year Class A Driving Experience
  
• Must live within 45 miles of 38637
  
• Must have a valid TWIC Card
  
• Sleeper or Double Axle Day cab Required
  
• No truck year requirement, but it must pass an inspection

WEEKLY INSURANCE FEES

• Liability $94

• Insurance on truck is not mandatory to have thru the carrier, if you have your own-insurance OO will need to provide a copy of policy showing PD & NTL coverage
  
• 1st week of insurance will always be Pro-Rated if Unit starts in the middle of the week for new drivers
  

ADDITIONAL FEES

• Comdata Fee of $3.00 per use (Can fuel anywhere that accepts Comdata)

SETTLEMENT ADVANCE CAPS

• Local Limit is $1,500 per week, 300 gallons/day
  
• Regional limit is $3,100 per week, 300 gallons/day
  
• Settlement deduction will occur each Friday for the amount used on fuel card for that work week
