Job Description - Class A CDL Regional Driver - Paid Training

Looking for a trucking company that actually delivers on its promises? Whether you have decades of experience behind the wheel or just stepped out of a CDL school, we have immediate openings for our regional operations. We cut out the guesswork by offering guaranteed pay structures and a clear path forward for every driver we hire.

Why Choose Our Fleet?

  • Tired of carriers that promise the world but leave you with low miles?
  • We have open spots right now for Class A operators to haul enclosed regional freight.
  • Join a fleet where your paycheck is protected and your safety is the main priority.

What Is the Pay Scale?

  • Established professional drivers and senior solo operators average $1,400 to $1,800 every week.
  • New license holders receive a guaranteed minimum of $1,000 weekly during their first 90 days solo.
  • The initial over-the-road training phase pays a flat rate of $650 per week.

How Does the Onboarding Work for Beginners?

  • You are paired with an experienced driver trainer for a period of 4 to 6 weeks.
  • Learning happens on actual highways with real loads, completely bypassing simulators and classrooms.
  • You get your own keys and your own truck the moment your trainer confirms you are ready.
  • Drivers who already have verifiable experience skip this phase entirely and go straight to solo work.

What Will You Learn During Training?

  • Defensive driving techniques and safe maneuvering of commercial combinations.
  • Navigating electronic logging software and managing federal service hours.
  • Completing proper walk-around vehicle evaluations to prevent breakdowns.
  • Working efficiently alongside our freight management and coordination team.

What Does a Normal Work Week Look Like?

  • Pulling dry van trailers on regional routes, focusing on freight lines east of I-35.
  • Getting back home every two weeks for your scheduled time off.
  • Following all federal transportation safety guidelines without exception.
  • Keeping up with daily digital logs and reporting vehicle conditions accurately.
  • Checking your tractor and trailer equipment carefully at the start of every shift.
  • Keeping our dispatch team updated on your progress throughout the day.

Qualifications to Join Our Fleet

  • You must hold a valid, active Class A commercial driver's license.
  • You need to be at least 21 years old.
  • Rookies must provide proof of 120+ hours from a certified driving school.
  • Your driving record must show no major recent accidents or violations.
  • You must pass a standard DOT medical examination and a pre-employment drug screening.

Your next career move starts here. Send over your application today so our team can review your file and get you rolling.

We proudly protect equal employment opportunities for all qualified individuals.
