Class A CDL Team Truck Driver Holiday Fleet Earn $2,400 $3,900 Weekly (Per Driver)

Pay & Home Time

• Average Weekly Pay (Per Driver): $2,400 $3,900+ before bonuses

• Base Pay: $1.00 per mile (with Hazmat) | $0.97 per mile (without Hazmat)

• Annual Pay Increases: +$0.01 per mile on each of your first 3 anniversaries

• Home Time:

  • Every 18 days out, 5 days off through Thanksgiving

  • Home for Thanksgiving (and the day after, if requested)

  • Work Saturday after Thanksgiving for 25 days straight, then up to 5 days off

  • No PTO may be used during Christmas week or the week after

• Freight: Full truckload, dry van | 100% no-touch | 95% drop & hook

Bonuses & Extra Pay

• Quarterly Safety Bonuses:

  • $1,025 (with Hazmat) or $825 (without) + 8 PTO hours every 90 days

  • $600 On-Road Safety Bonus every 90 days

• Hiring Bonus Options:

  • Option 1: $1,625 (with Hazmat) or $1,425 (without) + Paid Time Off + Orientation Pay

  • Extra $1,000 limited-time incentive (through 8/22/25)

  • Plus $600 bonus after 30 days with qualifying safety record

  • Option 2: $1,125 Sign-On Bonus + Orientation Pay

• Hazmat Premium: +$0.04 per mile (less than 2% of freight)

• Detention Pay after 1 hour

• Anniversary Bonus: $100 for each year of continuous service, paid annually

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL

• 9 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience (or 6 months if teaming with a driver who has 24+ months)

• No DWIs in the past 7 years

• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years

• No DOT-reportable preventable accidents in the past 3 years

• Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, and Human Performance Evaluation

• No drug test refusal or failure
