Class A CDL Truck Driver - Recent Graduates Welcome

Job Description: We're seeking dedicated Class A CDL drivers to run OTR, primarily east of I-35 with occasional trips to the West Coast. This position is ideal for recent graduates looking to kickstart their trucking career with comprehensive training and a supportive environment.

What We Offer:

• Training Pay: $650/week for 200-250 hours of behind-the-wheel training
• Starting Pay: $0.56 CPM after training, with average earnings of $1,400-$1,680 per week
• Mileage: Average 2,500-3,000 miles per week
• Pay Increases: Regular raises every 3-6 months, up to $0.64 CPM after five years
• Benefits: Full medical and dental coverage, PTO, and more after 30 days
• Freight Type: 100% no-touch freight with 50% drop-and-hook
• Perks: Rider and pet policy after training completion
• Home Time: 14 days out with 2 full days at home; option to take the truck home during breaks

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
• Clean driving record (no serious violations or DUIs in the last 5 years)
• No more than one DUI in a lifetime; no misdemeanors or felonies in the last ten years involving children
• Must not have failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test
