LEM Trucking is hiring for a Class A CDL Truck Driver position in Roanoke, Virginia, offering guaranteed weekly earnings and a schedule that brings drivers home every weekend. Qualified drivers earn between $1,300 and $1,500 per week while operating established regional freight throughout the Midwest and Southeast.

Every weekend includes a full 48 hour reset at home. This provides a consistent work schedule while still giving drivers enough regional territory to maintain productive mileage throughout the week.

Compensation Beyond the Guarantee

Guaranteed pay is based on driver qualifications, with additional CPM earning opportunities available for productive mileage. A Class A CDL Truck Driver may also qualify for detention, layover, breakdown, safety, and holiday compensation.

The combination of guaranteed income and additional earning opportunities provides drivers with a dependable weekly base without eliminating the ability to earn more.

Equipment and Driver Benefits

Each Class A CDL Truck Driver operates a Freightliner Cascadia equipped for regional travel. Available features may include a refrigerator, television, SiriusXM, DirectTV, and other driver comfort amenities. Company paid truck washes are also provided.

Eligible drivers have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance along with a 401(k), vacation pay, and additional company benefits. Rider and pet programs are available for qualified drivers.

Class A CDL Truck Driver Requirements

Applicants must hold a valid Class A CDL and have at least three months of verifiable tractor trailer driving experience within the previous 12 months. Drivers must satisfy applicable DOT qualification standards and company requirements for an acceptable driving history.
