POSITION DETAILS:

• Average $1,546 per week/$80,372 per year
  
• Home weekly
  
• Dispatches Sunday afternoon through Monday noon
  
• Drivers take pre-loaded trailers in Lebanon, TN and deliver to Cracker Barrel stores (merchandise, not food)
  
• Solo drivers cover the Eastern half of U.S.
  
• Drivers typically run 2 routes per week
  
• Merchandise for each store is divided by a bulkhead; freight is not all mixed together
  
• Must set up ramp and two-wheel freight into the customer's storeroom (most stops take 1+ hours to unload)
  
• All drivers will ride with a Dedicated driver on this account for the first week to ensure a complete understanding of the customer's processes and procedures. This will be paid at a flat rate of $1,000 for the 1st week only
  

Essential Functions:

• Load freight - lift requirement: 80 lbs
  
• Unload freight - lift requirement: 80 lbs
  
• Move freight - force requirement: 54 lbs
  
• Open/Close Trailer Doors - force requirement: 46 lbs
  
• Count freight
  
• Complete fuel tickets
  
• Obtain sales leads
  
• Hook/Unhook trailer - force requirement: 90 lbs (Class A Only)
  
• Perform pre-trip inspections
  
• Drive
  
• Regular predictable attendance
  
• Enter/Exit a Commercial Motor Vehicle
  
• Enter/Exit the rear of a trailer from ground level
  

• Minimum of 6 Months verifiable tractor-trailer experience
  
• Must live within a 75-mile radius of Lebanon, TN
  
• Must be 21 years of age
  
• No SAP or DUI Violations
  
• No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years
  
• No preventable DOT Recordable accidents within the past 3 years
