Class A Driver - Home weekly- Dedicated Midwest lanes

We’re looking for reliable CDL-A drivers to join a dedicated account operating out of Marengo, OH. This role is ideal for those seeking a steady workload, consistent home time, and strong earning potential — with the opportunity to make over $110K annually.

Position Overview:

• 100% touch freight — manual loading of boxes (1–35 lbs) onto a conveyor belt

• Active, hands-on job with year-round, stable routes

• 5.5-day workweek with a regular 34–48 hour reset

• No NYC or five boroughs

Pay Structure:

• Daily Base Rate: $215

• Unload Pay: $300 per trailer

• Weekly Average: $2,200 (based on performance)

• Potential Annual Earnings: Up to $113,000

• Trailers per Week: 3–4 (53’ dry vans)

• Weekly Miles: ~1,400

• Breakdown Pay: $100/day

• Paid weekly via direct deposit

Route Coverage:

• OH, WV, Detroit (MI), Pittsburgh (PA), Rochester (NY), Buffalo (NY)
  Parking available at DC, at home, or at a secure location near the shipper.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid CDL-A license and at least 1 year of verifiable experience

• Must be 21+ and live within 120 miles of Marengo, OH

• (Including: Toledo, Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Dayton, Cincinnati)

Safety Requirements:

• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years

• No DUIs or DWIs within the past 3 years

• No truck abandonments at unauthorized locations (last 3 years)

• No serious traffic offenses in the last 3 years

• Max of 2 preventable accidents in the past 3 years

• Must clear PSP background screening
