Class A Drivers

Key Responsibilities

• Perform 100% touch freight: load and unload products using hand trucks or dollies regardless of weather conditions
• Deliver products throughout Minnesota, Iowa, South Dakota, and North Dakota
• Complete 15–20 delivery stops per shift, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 75 lbs
• Downstack products safely and efficiently in-store following delivery protocols
• Work a four-day workweek with 8–14 hour shifts; weekend availability is required
• Flexibility to work varied dispatch times (1 PM, 9 PM, 10 PM) and additional workdays as needed

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL license with a clean driving record
• Minimum 1 year of Class A driving experience
• Touch freight experience preferred (must be physically capable of consistent heavy lifting)
• Must pass MVR, Clearinghouse, and background screenings
• Flexible availability for holidays, weekends, and solo or team routes
• Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
• Updated resume required at time of application or hiring event
• Candidates with only bump-to-dock experience will not be considered

Salary & Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay at $26.65, with opportunities for overtime and varied pay incentives
• Average weekly earnings range from $1,700 to $2,200, with potential for higher pay on out-of-town routes
• Holiday pay and up to 48 hours of paid sick/personal leave
