Soli Organic is hiring CDL A Local Refrigerated Drivers to join our private fleet, make deliveries to our local and regional customers and company sites, and play an integral role in helping us redefine how to bring fresh, organic, and sustainably farmed produce to market. Qualifications

• Willingness to support and promote company core values (Respect for All Individuals, Customer Obsession and Win as One Team)
• High school diploma or GED diploma or equivalent job experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a valid CDL A license in good standing
• Must have a minimum of 1-year verifiable commercial truck driving experience
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and overnight deliveries as required
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have basic English proficiency; bi-lingual, English and Spanish preferred
• Must be able to perform basic math; basic computer and keyboarding skills preferred

• Minimum requirements on driving record:
  • Moving Violations/Traffic Citations – no more than 3 in the last 3 years
  • Preventable Accidents (chargeable or not) – no more than 2 in the last 3 years
  • No DUI/DWIs or reckless driving charges in the last 2 years
• Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job, including ability to lift 60 lbs.
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must have a valid DOT medical card
• Able to provide DOT Clearinghouse consent
