Class A OTR Driver Mentor

Would you like to train and mentor other drivers? If so, we'd like you to join our team! We are a leading dry van carrier in the transportation industry, and we're currently looking for a Class A Driver Mentor to help train and mentor our CDL graduates. This opportunity is both professionally and financially rewarding. You will play an integral role in helping new drivers transition from CDL school to the open road safely and effectively, all while earning up to $25,000 extra per year!

• Base CPM + .10cpm bonus pay when student is on the truck
• Get paid on ALL miles the truck runs and once your student finishes training you'll earn .01cpm for all miles they run during their first year!
• Weekly Productivity Bonus
• Safety & Fuel Bonuses
  
• OTR, mainly east of I-35- home every 2 weeks
  
• Dry Van - 100% No Touch Freight

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Good driving record
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
