We’re hiring Class A Reefer TEAM Drivers for a home weekly position with competitive pay and great benefits. The schedule is Thursday to Monday, with weekly pay between $1,500 and $1,800 depending on experience. Drivers will be operating 53’ Reefer trailers for regional deliveries (mainly in the Midwest and surrounding areas) to stores, with some driver assist required for live unloads.

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,500 - $1,800
• Pay Rate: $0.71-$0.75 CPM, based on experience
• Stop Pay: $15 per stop (average 10 stops)
• Monthly Performance Bonus
• Schedule: Thursday to Monday (0600 Thurs to 1400 Tues)
• Route: Regional deliveries to stores with live unload and driver assist
• Equipment: Newer model automatic Freightliners & Internationals
• Home Time: Home weekly, consecutive days off
• Training: 2-4 day training runs at $250/day
• Weekly Pay: Direct deposit

• 90% of the driving is done at night, with dock times from 2100 to 0400
• Pets allowed after 90 days, passengers allowed after 90 days
• Driver Assist: Includes moving bulkheads and recording pallets on the dock
• Live unload at 4 stores with liftgate trailers
• Reefer fueling and customer paperwork required
• Winter driving experience is a must
• Occasional 6th day work, based on customer needs (with advance notice)

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Experience: At least 6 months of Class A driving experience
• Winter Driving Experience: Required
• Location: Must live in Iowa, or within 60 miles of Omaha, NE, or Kansas City, MO
• Team Drivers: Must already have a teammate
