Job Overview

• Midwest regional freight network.

• Average 2,100–2,300 miles per week.

• 100% no-touch freight with steady drop & hook loads.

• Operate 2021+ Freightliner or Kenworth tractors.

• 24-hour driver assistance.

Pay Structure

• $1,200–$1,400 weekly average.

• $0.57–$0.64 CPM depending on experience.

• $2,000 sign-on bonus paid in three installments.

• Detention: $12.50/hr after 2 hours.

• Breakdown: $100/day.

• Up to +3 CPM performance pay.

• Benefits start after 30 days — health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO.

Home Time

• Home weekly for 34-hour reset.

• Consistent freight across Midwest states.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license, minimum 6 months experience.

• No major violations or preventable accidents.

• Must have a positive safety record.
