Job Opportunity: Final Mile Delivery Driver Blaine, MN

Position Overview

We’re hiring Final Mile Delivery Drivers within a 65-mile radius of Blaine, MN for a consistent Tuesday–Saturday schedule. Both daytime and nighttime shifts are available, and all routes are home daily—no layovers required.

Job Details

• Service Area: MN & WI

• Miles: 1,000 – 1,570 miles per week

• Stops: 22 – 28 per week

• Truck Speed: 65 mph (pedal and cruise)

• Home Time: Daily

• Equipment: 2020 and newer straight trucks

• Freight: Delivering to Advanced Auto Parts and Car Quest locations using electric pallet jacks. May include return freight.

Schedule Options

Daytime Shift:

• Days: Tuesday – Saturday

• Departure Window: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Delivery Type: Mix of open and unattended after-hours deliveries

Nighttime Shift:

• Days: Tuesday – Saturday

• Departure Window: 11:00 PM – 12:00 AM

• Delivery Type: Unattended overnight delivery

• Note: Drivers return home at the end of every shift

All drivers will also assist with cross docking (paid hourly).

Compensation & Bonuses

• Stop Pay: $34 per stop

• Sign-On Bonus: $1,000

  • $500 on first paycheck

  • $500 after 60 days of employment

• Referral Bonus: $3,000

  • $1,000 on second paycheck

  • $1,000 after 60 days

  • $1,000 after 120 days

Driver Requirements

• Minimum 12 months of recent straight truck driving experience

• Valid Class A or B CDL
