We are aware that a typical babysitter simply watches a child keep them out of mischief or harm’s way, or they may simply be a playmate for the child. Without the knowledge or resources to respond to questions from an inquisitive child, misinformation may be imparted by untrained babysitters which could be detrimental to positive growth. At these young ages, a child may experience distress when the parents leave the house. Coach Babysitters believes in working through this with the child rather than dismissing or waiting it out.
