Truck Driver – Utility Driver (Charlotte Area)

Location: Within 150 miles of Charlotte, NC
Home Base: Any Dedicated Account

Job Overview:

Drive various routes and deliver any type of freight handled by our dedicated accounts. You must be flexible and willing to work different types of deliveries (e.g., live unload, drop & hook, no-touch, liftgate, etc.).

Pay & Bonuses:

• Daily Pay: $385/day (Full Day) | $192.50 (Half Day – under 6 hours)

• Weekly Pay: Based on number of days worked

• Holiday Pay: $80/day

• Referral Bonus: $2,000

• Vacation Pay: 1/52 of annual earnings

Schedule:

• Work: 5–7 days per week

• Out Time: Minimum 3 weeks out before taking home time (may extend to the weekend following 21st day)

• Home Time: 1 day off per week out

Equipment:

• Mix of tractors and straight trucks (Freightliners, Internationals, etc.)

• Manual and automatic transmissions

• 50% of trucks have APUs

• Assigned truck – no slip seating

• Take your truck home policy: YES

Requirements:

• CDL-A with 6+ months of 53' trailer experience

• Clean driving & criminal record – no misdemeanors, felonies, or warrants

• TWIC, Hazmat, and Tanker endorsements required (30-day window to obtain – company reimburses)

• Willing to stay out 3 weeks at a time

• Open to team driving on occasion (extra pay if assigned)

Training & Orientation:

• 1 week of paid site-specific training

• Training Pay: $385/day (Full) | $192.50 (Half)
