THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for someone who loves computers and electronics, and who wants to be a part of a fun, hard working team! Clean & Vinyl Team Members are responsible for identifying and evaluating the condition of gear. They work in a fast-paced environment checking units for quality and providing a great looking product for end users.

This is a full-time hourly (non-exempt) position with a starting pay rate of $17.50/hour. Standard hours are M-F 8am-5pm with a 1 hour lunch break.

• We’re not looking for someone who’s half-invested. Our team is growing FAST and we want you to grow with us. The right candidate will be looking to contribute for the long haul.

THE DAY TO DAY:

• Prioritize cleaning and vinyl application for marketplace orders and inventory management


• Operate vinyl machine to maintain stock and complete backlogged units


• Communicate proactively with team and supervisors about task capacity and deadlines


• Maintain focus and minimize distractions to maximize productivity


• Understand and adhere to all department CBPs (Current Best Practices) and resources


• Support and train team members to foster knowledge sharing and growth


• Adapt to changing priorities in alignment with the production plan


• Identify and address team issues or obstacles


• Collaborate effectively, promoting open communication and active listening


• Maintain professional communication across various platforms


• Perform daily 3S (sort, sweep, standardize) tasks to keep the department clean

THE VITALS:

• Steady hands to apply vinyl cover on units


• Capable of managing and keeping an accurate inventory


• Be able to work with little to no supervision


• Be dependable


• Have great attention to detail


• Have a desire to work in an ever-changing environment


• Willingness and capability to flex and work in other departments when needed

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• The ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects as needed 50+ lbs


• Ability to work and look at a computer screen for extended hours per day


• The ability to stand in one place for extended periods of time without fatiguing

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States


• The ability to speak/read English fluently


• Must pass background screening. "Pass" for us is defined as no theft related felony within the past 7 years.


• Must complete drug screen upon hire
