Your Role: As a Clean Energy Event Assistant, you will play a key role in executing retail-based sales campaigns for our clean energy client. Your work will involve creating engaging event experiences that resonate with modern consumers, promoting clean energy products, and contributing to the overall success of our campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply sales and marketing techniques to effectively promote clean energy solutions in retail environments
• Confidently present information to groups in the office and engage with potential customers at events
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers, driving brand awareness and meeting exposure goals
• Collaborate with the team to explore new business opportunities by understanding target demographics
• Coach, train, and support fellow team members to ensure campaign success
• Assist with setting up, organizing, and managing event equipment and displays
• Accurately track inventory and sales metrics across multiple events

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience is beneficial, but not required
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is an asset
• A positive, goal-oriented attitude with a passion for achieving results
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and deliver quick solutions
• Comfortable working hands-on with event setups and operations
