Clean Room Operator Lead, 2nd shift

• Allocation of resources aligned with daily production plans
• Oversight of production plan adherence and operational output
• Constructive performance feedback and implementation of corrective actions to maintain schedule and quality
• Coordination of timely maintenance and repair of machinery
• Monitoring operational KPIs to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity expectations
• Support in fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the production team
