Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Clean Team Associate Manager to help lead and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout our space. In this role, you will maintain our wellness environment while serving as a lead for other Clean Team members — ensuring consistency, accountability, and quality across every shift.

This position plays a key leadership role in preserving the calm, welcoming atmosphere our members value.

Key Responsibilities

  Act as the lead for Clean Team members during scheduled shifts

  
  


• 
  

  Oversee daily cleaning and sanitization of Pilates studios, coworking areas, sauna, restrooms, and event spaces

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct quality control checks to ensure all spaces meet MNT’s cleanliness and presentation standards

  
  


• 
  

  Provide guidance, feedback, and support to Clean Team members to maintain consistency

  
  


• 
  

  Support scheduling coordination and communicate coverage needs as they arise

  
  


• 
  

  Perform post-event cleanup and reset spaces for regular programming

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor and replenish supplies (paper goods, soap, towels, cleaning materials, etc.)

  
  


• 
  

  Partner with Community Managers to uphold aesthetic standards and operational excellence

  
  


• 
  

  Enter and maintain spaces quietly and mindfully to preserve a peaceful member experience

  
  


• 
  

  Address cleaning needs proactively and respond to facility-related requests as they arise

  Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards

  Leadership experience in cleaning, facilities, or hospitality preferred

  Ability to guide a team while also executing hands-on responsibilities
