Cleaner

CLEANER JOB DUTIES

The required hours are Monday through Friday 8 am -5 pm. 

Duties include but are not limited to:

Daily Duties:

• 
  Physically walks the properties every morning and removes litter, debris, cigarette butts and pet droppings from the grounds including bushes and grass areas.


• 
  Remove animal droppings from pet areas, empty waste stations that are around the property and replenish doggy bags


• 
  Clean up all debris in dumpster areas


• 
  Clean vacant units when scheduled


• 
  Assist with various physical tasks as directed (removing abandoned property, cleaning breezeways, clubhouses, laundry rooms, etc.)


• 
  Clean and organize shops and garages


• 
  Assist with Landscaping as requester by manager


• 
  Performs all tasks in a neat and efficient manner. This includes cleaning all rags, tools and equipment. Returning all said equipment to their designated storage facility at the end of each day.


• 
  Be able to juggle a multi-task environment

Turning Units:

• 
  Keep breezeways and siding free of debris and cobwebs


• 
  Assists in moving abandoned furniture, belongings, etc., to dump trailer when necessary


• 
  Cleans inside, out and behind all appliances


• 
  Cleans faucets, sinks, toilets, tubs as necessary. Performs exterior repairs as needed.


• 
  Cleans blinds, windows inside and out, window frames


• 
  Cleans inside and out all cupboards, shelves, counter tops, and drawers


• 
  Cleans all walls as needed


• 
  Sweeps and mops all floors


• 
  Removes any debris on back patio/deck and storage, sweeps floors and cleans back siding


• 
  Assists maintenance in minimal repairs as needed


• 
  Transfers cleaning supplies to units from storage and vice versa


• 
  Returns to units for additional spiffs if requested by management


• 
  Completes required forms regarding the cleaning in the unit


• 
  Works in a fast-paced manner


• 
  Informs manager of supplies needed

Safety Responsibilities:

• 
  Learn and ensure compliance with all company, local, state and federal safety rules.

  Ensures that unsafe conditions are corrected in a timely manner.

  Use protective equipment when necessary, following all safety procedures

Additional Requirements:

  Attendance is an imperative job function.


•

  This position requires being outdoors in all conditions for extended periods of time.

  This position requires lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, bending, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and pulling

  This position requires frequent exposure to paint or cleaning solvents, adhesives, paint fumes etc.


• 
  This position requires reliable transportation


• 
  This position requires a cellular device for communication throughout the workday


•
