What We’re Looking For:

INH Properties is seeking a responsible Full-Time Cleaner in Rochester, MN.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Turnover of vacant units, including cleaning and preparing them for new residents (end of month/beginning of month)
2. Monitoring and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
3. Promptly notify the community manager of any maintenance items that require their attention
4. Grounds keeping including cleaning up debris, light yard work, and mowing.

Who We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate):

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in cleaning
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
