Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and sanitation of the gym, ensuring that our members enjoy a safe and hygienic workout environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of gym equipment, floors, restrooms, and common areas
• Replenish supplies such as paper towels, soap, and sanitizers
• Empty trash receptacles and handle waste disposal safely
• Ensure locker rooms and showers are maintained to cleanliness standards
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management
• Follow cleaning schedules and health/safety protocols
• Support in creating a positive member experience through a clean facility

Requirements

• Previous cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to lift moderate weights and handle physical tasks
• Dependable and punctual work ethic
• Must be available to work weekends (40-hour/week schedule required)

Compensation & Benefits

• $13 per hour
