Cleaning & Facilities Associate (Toyota & Kia Locations)

We are looking for a dependable Cleaning & Facilities Associate to help maintain cleanliness and organization across our South Dade Toyota and Kia locations. This role supports daily operations by ensuring all areas of the dealership remain clean, safe, and presentable for customers and staff. The position requires flexibility, as the associate will rotate between locations based on business needs

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain showrooms, offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and service areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces
• Remove trash and maintain waste areas
• Restock supplies (paper towels, soap, etc.)
• Support overall organization and cleanliness of high-traffic areas
• Assist with light outdoor upkeep (entrances, walkways)
• Follow safety and cleaning procedures
• Report maintenance issues when identified

Requirements

• Prior janitorial or cleaning experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to handle physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting up to - 30 lbs)
• Ability to rotate between Toyota and Kia locations
