What You’ll Do
As a Cleaning & Restoration Technician, you’ll work directly in the field helping clean, restore, and protect our clients’ properties. No prior experience is required—we provide full training.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

Performing carpet, tile, floor, and upholstery cleaning

Assisting with water, fire, and mold restoration projects

Operating specialized equipment (we’ll train you)

Maintaining job logs, vehicles, and tools

Providing friendly, professional service to customers

Growth Path & Certification Opportunities:

Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT)

Applied Structural Drying (ASD)

Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT)

Mold Remediation (AMRT/MRS)

What We’re Looking For:

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

A positive, team-focused attitude

High school diploma or GED

Basic tech skills (email, mobile apps, etc.)

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
