Job Summary: The Cleaning Crew is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and orderliness throughout the facility. This includes routine cleaning of equipment, production areas, common areas, and exterior spaces to ensure a safe and productive environment that meets company and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Ability to work Sunday through Thursday (8:00 pm to 4:00 am)
• Show up to work on time, as scheduled.
• Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of production floors, equipment and workstations.
• Follow cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure thorough coverage of all assigned areas.
• Dispose of waste, recyclables, and hazardous materials properly and safely.
• Use appropriate cleaning tools, chemicals, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Conduct deep cleaning and sanitation of machinery and tools as needed or scheduled.
• Respond to spills, leaks and other cleanliness issues promptly.
• Ensure walkways and emergency exits remain free of obstruction.
• Report any safety hazards, maintenance needs, or damaged equipment to supervisors.
• Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations, including cGMPs and OSHA standards.
• Attend all Company meetings and trainings as directed by management.
