Job Description - Cleaning Supervisor

Paul Davis Restoration is looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to effectively manage specialty cleaning projects for our clients and customers, in addition to assisting with the supervision of the team utilized to complete projects.

What does a Cleaning Supervisor with Paul Davis do?

Lead a team of hardworking individuals serving others within your community to clean and restore from property damage

Make a difference for our customer that have had a disaster strike their property

Take pride when your team completes projects on budget with an exceptional customer experience

Prepare job scopes documentation, and planning prior to start of a project.

Handle project supervision, job schedule management, and coordination.

Participate in inventory, packing, and cleaning with team during the course of the project.

Oversee job sites, and company facility for quality control and organization.

Assist with issue resolution for the customer, client, and team

Maintain inventory of clean, properly stocked, and organized trucks along with all company equipment.

Skills and Qualifications Desired of Team Member:

Self-managing and time management skills

Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.

Lead and manage while working along side others to build an enjoyable work culture

Proactive and organized with a care for detail and accuracy

Likes to problem-solve and help people find a solution

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Valid driver's license with a clean record

Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed

Desire to continually learn new things

Hourly pay: $24.00 to $26.00/hour based on experience and certifications
