Cleaning Technician

We're seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused cleaning professionals. As a cleaning professional with our company, you'll be responsible for cleaning residential and/or Airbnb properties, ensuring high-quality results and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning residentials including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas


• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
  


• Use cleaning equipment, supplies, and chemicals safely and efficiently


• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety of work areas


• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction


• Work independently or as part of a team
  


• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly and professionally


• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management


• Follow established cleaning protocols for both residential and Airbnb environments to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Previous experience in residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory


• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, including sanitization practices


• Ability to operate various cleaning equipment effectively and safely


• Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results


• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients


• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods


• A willingness to learn new skills related to cleaning techniques and customer service best practices
