Polished Housekeeping Services is a leader in Southern New Hampshire's residential cleaning industry. We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our dynamic team. As a Cleaning Technician, not only will you be making spaces sparkle, but you will also be bringing the hospitality home by delivering a warm and over the top experience for our clients! Your commitment to excellence will be reflected in the quality of your work, as you’ll be responsible for performing a range of cleaning duties in accordance with our high standards. This position requires a proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning tasks in assigned areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are stocked and in good working condition.
• Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to achieve optimal results.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction and quality service delivery.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly.
• Adhere to time schedules and manage workload efficiently to meet client needs.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve cleaning techniques.
• Always maintain the highest standards of professionalism.

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills and reliability.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, standing, and lifting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients positively.
• Willingness to comply with health and safety regulations and company protocols.

• $17- $25/hour + Tips. Earn as much as $32/hour
