Cleaning Technician - $3000 + monthly

The individual in this position will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of the facility. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Collecting trash throughout the facility and transporting it to the designated dumpster areas


• Cleaning and sanitizing all counters, vestibules, and high-touch surfaces


• Removing smudges, scuffs, and visible marks to ensure a “white glove” level of cleanliness


• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms daily from top to bottom, ensuring they remain fully stocked, sanitary, and presentable at all times


• Performing interior window cleaning as needed


• Assisting with and supervising team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed thoroughly and professionally


• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout the facility
