job summary:

A Cleaning Validation Specialist is needed for a global healthcare leader that discovers, develops and distributes therapeutic solutions focused on patient's needs in the Swiftwater, PA area. This position entails leading and executing cleaning validation processes within the biologics or vaccine industry, including document authoring, data analysis, interface with Quality, and adherence to regulatory standards.

salary: $56.41 - 78.98 per hour

work hours: 8am to 4pm

education: Bachelors

responsibilities:

Authoring, reviewing, executing, and approving validation documents.

Interface with Quality organization and defending rationale in validation documents.

Developing cleaning cycles and leading investigations or troubleshooting.

Reviewing and analyzing data.

Establishing sampling plans and sample sizes.

Conducting rinse and swab sampling.

Utilizing bracketing and worst-case rating.

Understanding QC testing requirements.

Skills:

Proficiency in utilizing documentation systems to author protocols and reports.

Experience working in teams and collaborative environments.

strong communication skills (verbal and written), math skills, and general computer skills.

Familiarity with E Doc/GEODE+ with knowledge of templates, workflows, and approval processes.

Proficient in root cause analysis with cGMP experience.

Education and Experience:

BS/MS in Science (e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry) or Engineering (Chemical or Biochemical)

With 2+ years of experience in the biologic, vaccine, or pharmaceutical industry.
