Cleanroom Cleaning Specialist - Dynamic Team

We are seeking professional individuals with a strong work ethic to join our clients' growing team in the Sylmar, CA area. These pivotal roles involve working closely with the team to ensure timely and thorough cleanings. As a Cleanroom Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards, and fulfilling special requests from our clients.

Working Hours:

• Tuesday to Friday: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
• Saturday: 6:00 am - 12:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to client's SOPs, policies, and procedures
• Execute zone cleaning, disinfecting, and documentation tasks as per company policy and contract specifications
• Perform cleaning techniques, including lifting up to 40 lbs, working overhead, and standing for extended periods
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, teamwork, and adaptability to new tasks
• Maintain good documentation practices in English
• Conduct essential job duties such as mixing and applying chemicals, vacuuming, trash disposal, and cleaning glass doors and windows
• Supervise staff and communicate daily tasks
• Facilitate training and schedule cross-training as necessary
• Conduct work site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and dress code policies
• Oversee staffing levels and ensure accurate timekeeping
• Review all GMP documentation for accuracy daily

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to read and understand English SOPs, policies, and procedures
• Flexibility to work holidays, weekends, overtime, and be on-call
• High School Diploma or GED
• One year of work experience
• Excellent attendance record
• Reliable transportation
• Detail-oriented with good documentation practices
• Ability to stand, bend, and reach for 4-8 hours

Requirements:

• Must pass drug test and criminal background check
• Must meet client's site training requirements
