Job Description - Cleanroom Lead

Genadyne Biotechnologies Inc. is committed to safe, effective and innovative healthcare solutions in accelerated wound healing. Our cleanroom operations are essential to ensuring product excellence and meeting strict industry standards.

Position Description: Department lead will oversee day-to-day cleanroom operations, ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness and lead the cleanroom team in a very fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and update inventory for the Cleanroom Dept.
Monitor and verify all Cleanroom regulations are maintained and followed by the team.
Process manufacturing orders and assign inventory based on FIFO.
Maintain production, shipping, cleaning & maintenance logs.
Ensure production targets are met by the team.
Coordinate with warehouse team for material handling and storage.
Create a safe and professional working environment.
Assist cleanroom manager with production planning and inventory management.
Coordinate with printing/label in charge for printing and labeling requirements.
Create and verify traceability records on all production activities.
Assign daily production tasks and supervise the cleanroom team.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Strong technical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
High School Diploma or higher.
Leadership ability.
Ability to work efficiently with the team and independently.
Ability to delegate responsibility among the team
Problem solver.
Able to lift 20 pounds.
Bilingual/Spanish preferred
