Boland RV – Cleanup / Entry-Level Technician 

1. Position Overview

            Supports RV service dept with cleaning, detailing, basic repairs, and assisting technicians. Ideal entry-level role with growth into RV technician career path.

      2.Primary Responsibilities

            A. Cleaning & Detailing 

                  • Interior cleaning & sanitizing 

                  • Exterior wash & black streak removal 

                  • Prep for delivery and photos

          B. Light Repairs 

                • Replace bulbs, fuses 

               • Basic plumbing fixes 

              • Caulking & sealant work

      3.Skills & Qualifications

         Required 

            * Strong work ethic 

             •  Ability to lift 50 lbs 

             • Driver’s license

   Preferred 

             • Detailing or mechanical experience 

             • Basic 12V knowledge
