Manage and process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions accurately and on time
Maintain proper records of financial transactions and support timely data entry
Prepare reconciliations of ledgers, bank accounts, and vendor statements
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Collaborate in internal audits and support external audit processes
Ensure compliance with relevant government regulations, tax laws, and statutory reporting requirements
Utilize and maintain accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Sage) to process transactions
Analyze financial data and suggest strategies for cost optimization and efficiency
Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets for budgeting, cash flows, and financial analysis
Contribute to improving and automating clerical accounting processes
Support inventory and procurement finance functions where needed
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 2–4 years of experience, strictly in audit and/or metal manufacturing industry
Proven experience in handling accounts payable and receivable
Proficient in Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools)
Knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) and government compliance in manufacturing
Experience with accounting tools like QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, or Sage
Strong analytical thinking and ability to propose practical financial strategies
High attention to detail, organizational skills, and discretion with sensitive information
CPA Part II or higher is an added advantage
Familiarity with manufacturing accounting procedures and costing
Experience working in a fast-paced industrial or production environment
