Opening with our client for an Administrative Clerical Assistant. Contract (6 months) to direct hire opportunity.
For this role, you will be providing basic administrative support for administrators for 2 local government correction facilities. Must be open to working at either site as needed (one downtown Pittsburgh, the other just north of downtown Pittsburgh).
Essential Functions- Filing and scanning
- Processes and handles incoming and outgoing mail
- Basic data input into Excel
Qualifications:- Business School, Associate, or Bachelor’s Degree a plus
- 1 to 3 years administrative experience preferred
- Proven expertise with Microsoft Office required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Organized, self-motivated, independent, cooperative, collaborative, flexible, creative, and responsible.
- Must be open to travelling between 2 locations
