Salary: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour

The Clerical role is an entry level position within the business office. The ideal candidate will be able to learn additional duties within the business office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Receipt all monies received for new and used car deals and dealer trades.

·       Organize all paperwork in each deal; check for completeness (signatures, verify VIN, etc.).

·       Process dealer trades in and out.

·       Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

·      May also perform filing, scanning, physical inventory counts, manage new and used car inventory, daily deposits, order office supplies, research and process payment on Fastrak tickets, post aftermarket sales/wholesales, assist with AP/AR, and time card management.

Preferred:

• Basic accounting knowledge and administrative duties.
• Computer literate; accurate with 10 key pad and typing.
• Self-motivated; able to effectively prioritize tasks and organize schedule.
• Good interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Word, Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast paced office environment.

Required:

• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.

(The Clerical Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.  Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $22.00 an hour.)
