Growing DME Supplier is looking for an Associate to join out Team. This is an entry level clerical position that also includes measuring and fitting patients with compression garments. Allied Medical Supply has been in the medical supply industry for 30 years. We specialize in compression garments for all parts of the body. Qualification requirements:
High School Diploma plus some college or vocational courses.
Bilingual/Spanish Speaking a plus, but not required.
Previous medical workplace experience is helpful, not required.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Must be willing to travel to our satellite clinics in Norwalk and Fontana. Company vehicle provided.
Responsibilities:
-Answering phones
-Checking in/out patients
-Scheduling appointments/confirming appointments
-Verification of insurance benefits
-Measuring and Fitting patients for compression garments (will train)
-Placing orders for garments
-Preparing documents to send to our billing service
-Shipping and Receiving
-Cleaning patient areas
Salary:
Starting rate: $20 per hour
