Description:

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company's general administrative activities.

Responsibilities:

Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
Taking detailed messages and ensuring they are promptly delivered.
Sending, receiving, and managing emails on behalf of the company.
Performing general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, and mailing.
Maintaining and updating contact lists.
Managing and organizing office files, records, and documentation.
Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations.
Supporting team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel for data entry and simple calculations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
