With 35 years of experience, Summit Point Motorsports Park and Training Facility provides Commercial Motorsports events along with customized Security and Emergency Medical training solutions on our 786-acre facility located in Summit Point, WV. At Summit Solutions Group (SSG), we are the mission support arm of the Summit Point Training Facility. As a dedicated US Government contractor, we specialize in delivering comprehensive solutions that ensure operational excellence and mission success.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Clerk III provides administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of government programs and training activities. This position is responsible for data entry, report generation, and document management, as well as supporting communication between company personnel and Government staff. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient with administrative tools, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

This position is contingent upon contract award. Employment will commence only if the contract is awarded. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, filing, and record management.
• Enter and update data in government systems such as SASS and TAMS accurately and in a timely manner.
• Generate, review, and format reports to support program and contract requirements.
• Communicate professionally with Government staff, contractors, and internal team members.
• Track and maintain deadlines, schedules, and correspondence.
• Assist with audit preparation and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Support the coordination of meetings, training events, and related logistics.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support program operations.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Proven administrative or clerical experience (3+ years preferred).
• Strong data entry skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Professionalism in interacting with Government staff and other stakeholders.

Preferred:

• Experience with government systems such as SASS or TAMS.
• Familiarity with contract support or government program administration.
• Training or certification in office administration, business, or related field.
